The Executive Director is responsible for fundraising, relationship management with key stakeholders, and the overall leadership of the AmeriCorps program in Maryland. This individual will set the vision and direction for the state program(s) and will effectively lead their team to maximize impact for individuals served by the program, while also providing an exceptional service experience for our AmeriCorps members and partnering sites.
As one of the first staff positions supporting this Ampact in Maryland, this role plays a key part in building a new team and helping establish foundational structures, relationships, and processes that will support long‑term program growth and impact.
