The Program Specialist provides exceptional support to individual program team administration and program implementation. The Grants Accountant reviews accounting and financial data to accurately prepare financial and collection reporting related to assigned grants by required deadlines. Adhere to grant specific requirements; AmeriCorps rules and regulations; OMB regulations including 2 CFR 200; GAAP; FASB pronouncements; applicable federal, state, county and city laws; and internal control compliance. Observe confidentiality of all accounting, payroll, employee, member and organizational information.
The Coaching Specialist is an education expert in literacy and/or numeracy who is unrelentingly committed to achieving positive and equitable outcomes for students. The Coaching Specialist provides on-site technical support and guidance to members, and coaching to participating schools, ensures fidelity to the program models, and leads data-based decision making to maximize the impact of the program. Alongside Program Managers and Recruiters, Coaching Specialists facilitate positive relationships with partnering sites by advocating for the most effective implementation of Reading Corps and/or Math Corps programming to maximize positive and equitable student outcomes.
