The Manager Grants Accounting is accountable for collecting all grant funding received by Ampact including the grant, accounting and financial reporting. This role works independently on a variety of grants/contracts that range from simple to highly complex.
Pre-award responsibilities include the coordination and review of grant proposals. This position serves as a resource for staff, ensures grant proposals are developed and submitted following grantor and organizational processes. Post-award responsibilities include coordinating grant reporting and monitoring activities as well as ensuring compliance and accountability of funds. This role requires close communication with the organization’s Managing Director, Executive Directors, senior leadership team and finance staff.
