The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership and management of the Illinois Recovery Corps. This individual will set the vision and direction for the program in Illinois and will effectively lead their team to maximize impact for individuals served by the program, while also providing an exceptional service experience for our AmeriCorps members and partnering sites. This individual will be responsible for fundraising and relationship management with key stakeholders.

Program Coach will facilitate program implementation to ensure all stakeholders have an exceptional experience. Additionally, the Program Coach maintains and cultivates relationships and manages AmeriCorps Members and community stakeholders. The Program Coach provides service sites and members the training, coaching, and technical support necessary to ensure the successful implementation of programs with high fidelity to the model and successful completion of each AmeriCorps member term of service. Finally, the Program Coach will work to facilitate and support career pathways in the sector, supporting members in their career pathways after their term of service. Objective
The Program Specialist provides exceptional support to individual program teams regarding AmeriCorps member grant compliance, paperwork, and training logistics. The Program Specialist works closely with and receives direction from the Compliance Team regarding processing member enrollments and exits, paperwork compliance, and accurate member files for their designated program team. Program Specialists partner with the Compliance team to keep up to date on AmeriCorps regulations updates and compliance changes and assist with audit preparation. The Program Specialist works closely with and receives direction from the Director of Training Implementation regarding logistics planning, coordination and execution of member training. The Program Specialist also plays a critical role in AmeriCorps member recruitment.
